Chamspy Hidden Subscription Charged My Enpara Card

I approved what appeared to be a $0 one-time transaction in the Chamspy app using the card linked to my Enpara account. However, the following day, May 22, 2026, I discovered that $44 had been charged to my card without my knowledge or authorization. I had only agreed to the small initial payment, so seeing such a large charge processed without my consent was completely unacceptable.

When I contacted Enpara customer service, I was informed that my card information might have been compromised. I never authorized a $44 payment through Chamspy, nor did I knowingly purchase any subscription or service for that amount. The unauthorized charge has caused me financial loss and significant concern.

I request a full refund of the $44 charged by Chamspy without my permission. I also request that any subscription or recurring billing associated with my account be canceled immediately. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will pursue all available legal remedies, including filing complaints with the appropriate authorities.
