Chamspy Hidden Subscription Cost Me $41

I signed up for a website called Chamspy to look up a phone number. To perform the search, the site requested a small payment of approximately $1, so I entered my credit card information and completed what appeared to be a one-time transaction.

However, at around 10:00 a.m. on June 1, Chamspy charged $41 to my credit card. I did not discover the charge until June 4, when I reviewed my account activity. I believed I was authorizing only a small one-time payment, yet I was charged a much larger amount without any clear subscription agreement, explicit consent, or additional notice.

I believe the $41 charged to my Garanti Bank card was processed without my knowledge or informed authorization. I request a full refund of this unauthorized charge and the immediate cancellation of any subscription or recurring membership that may have been created without my clear consent.
