Chamspy Charged Me for a Monthly Subscription Without Consent
I purchased what I believed was a daily subscription through Chamspy for one-time use. However, without my knowledge or consent, my account was automatically converted to a monthly subscription, and on February 7, 2026, at 4:21 p.m., $44 was charged to my İş Bankası credit card.
I selected only the daily subscription during the purchase process, and I do not accept being charged for a much more expensive monthly subscription that I never knowingly authorized. My order number for this transaction is P69888b17e4b060736a652e55.
As soon as I discovered the charge, I contacted Chamspy through its support chatbot and successfully canceled the subscription. However, I was never able to speak with a customer service representative about a refund. I was only informed that the subscription had been canceled, and I received no written or verbal confirmation regarding reimbursement. I have my credit card statement and transaction records available as evidence.
I request that this unauthorized $44 charge be investigated immediately and fully refunded to my İş Bankası credit card. I also request a clear written explanation of how and why a monthly subscription was activated and billed without my explicit authorization.
