Cancel Chamspy Subscription

I am writing regarding an unauthorized Chamspy tracking subscription that has been charging my savings credit card without my consent. On 30 June 2026, an amount of $72 was taken from my account in connection with this service, even though I did not knowingly approve or wish to continue any such subscription. The Chamspy account appears to be associated with the email address mariap***[email protected]. I did not authorize this subscription and I do not want Chamspy to track or charge me in any way. This situation is very disturbing, both in terms of privacy and financially, and I consider this charge to be unauthorized. I request the immediate cancellation of any Chamspy subscription linked to my details and the immediate blocking of any future payments from my savings credit card to Chamspy or related entities. I also ask that you confirm in writing that my account and personal data are no longer being used or charged, and that no further debits will occur.
