Burger King Delivery Error - Overcharged for Missing Fries


I have an issue with the order I made on 05.05.2024 at 20:57 and I'd like to address it. Instead of the large-sized drink listed in my menu, two smaller drinks, each 330 ml, were sent. I reached out to customer service, and they informed me that, as per the restaurant's policy, they had sent two items and are unable to facilitate an exchange since I had already consumed one of them. Afterwards, when I got in touch with the branch, the manager assured me that they would include the item that was missing in my next order. However, even after reminding them and getting reassurances that the missing item would be included in my next order, it still wasn't delivered. Some people might see this as not valuing the customer enough. To me, the problem extends beyond finances or the actual product; it's about the way the company treats its customers. Sadly, I've dealt with similar situations at this restaurant before. I've had some issues in the past with incorrect and missing items being sent to me multiple times. I wonder how much money the business is making from orders. I just wanted to let you know that if need be, I'll escalate this issue to the Consumer Arbitration Board. I can't believe how much this issue has been going on for.
