Burger King Order Error And Inefficient Resolution Process

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Sivas İvapark AVM branch. On 25.05.2024, I placed an order and upon reviewing the receipt, I noticed that the beverage was incorrectly entered. I promptly brought this to the attention of the cashier. The cashier inspected the receipt and, due to the completion of the transaction, stated that they could not make any changes and suggested that if I wished to cancel, I would need to join the queue again. Despite the error not being our fault, we were forced to wait in line again for approximately 15 minutes to cancel the order. We ended up wasting almost half an hour of our time due to the mistake made by your staff member. In summary, we were penalized for the mistake made by your employee. I am disappointed by the lack of customer service and efficiency demonstrated in handling this situation. I hope that steps will be taken to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future and that appropriate measures will be implemented to ensure customer satisfaction.
