On December 13, 2025, I purchased the “Professional Apps Bundle for Education” from apple.com using my credit card for $230. My order number for this purchase is W1511396943. On December 22, 2025, I contacted Apple by phone to request a return of the product. During my first call, around 9:10 a.m., the representative told me that the return could be processed and asked me to locate the invoice and call back.
However, when I called again after finding the invoice, I was told something completely different. This time, I was informed that the return could not be accepted because the product included an activation code and therefore did not qualify for the 14-day return period. Because I was initially told that a return would be possible and then later given a contradictory response, I have experienced clear inconvenience and unfair treatment.
I request that the $230 I paid for this product be refunded to me based on my order number W1511396943.
