1win Ignored Missing UPI Deposit for Over 15 Days

I deposited 2,000 via UPI into my 1win account, but even after more than 15 days, the amount has still not been credited to my gaming balance. The money was successfully debited from my UPI, yet it is not visible in my 1win account. Your platform currently does not provide an option for me to add or see a transaction or reference ID, so I am unable to share that detail here, but the payment was completed on my side. Despite this, the deposit has not reflected in my account, and I have been left without any resolution. I request that 1win urgently investigate this missing deposit, locate the payment, and either credit the 2,000 to my 1win account or refund it to my original UPI source as soon as possible. I also expect a clear explanation of why this issue occurred and why it has not been resolved for more than 15 days.
