On March 18, 2024, at 9:53 PM, I placed an order with Migros Yemek (order number 401389480) from the Bolu downtown branch. I ordered 1 chocolate soufflé, 1 Bkool colored chocolate dragee, and 1 liter of Sprite.
I know from my previous order that this branch does not take care of packaging, so I immediately contacted a Migros Yemek customer representative after placing the order and asked them to call the restaurant. I requested that the soufflé and ice cream not be packed in the same container.
Of course, my request was ignored. The soufflé arrived cold and the Bkool had melted. This is not what I paid for, and it is not the level of service I expect from this brand. This is nothing more than devaluing a product by being careless in the packaging process. Even my parents, who are shopkeepers, pay attention to notes that are written or spoken.
