On 22 December in the morning, an amount of £22.43 was taken from my NatWest account via the bank’s mobile app without my approval or knowledge. In my account activity, the transaction only shows the amount, the wording “YOURSELF FIRST”, the date, and that it is a pending debit card transaction, with no clear explanation of who has taken this money or why. I contacted NatWest about this unauthorized transaction and was informed that I should contact you regarding the issue. Since I have not given any consent or authorization for this payment, I consider this transaction to be completely unauthorized. I request a full refund of the £22.43 that was taken from my account without my approval and the deletion of all my personal and payment details from your website and systems. I also expect written confirmation that my details have been removed and that no further unauthorized transactions will occur.
