On 14.12.2023 at 19.10 on the Migros Yemek platform at 19.10, my 335₺ My Triple menu order, which I ordered from BurgerKing Konak (Güzelyalı Mh) branch. Order arrived at 19.55, although the delivery time was declared as 20-30 minutes. Since 1 meatball burger was missing from the package, I wrote to Migros Yemek live support line at 20.00. I received the answer that there was no refund and that the product will be sent. They did not send the cash register receipt, I asked them to send it too. They stated that request is forwarded to the restaurant too. Since the missing product was still not completed, I wrote to Migros Yemek again at 21.06. I received the answer that the order was on the way. At 21.43, I wrote again because the product was still not delivered and I received the answer that it was on the way again. Screenshots of this correspondence are attached. I am complaining about the officials of the Burger King Güzelyalı Mah. branch, who fooled both the customer and the operator of the platform it sells by saying that the order is still on the way 2 hours and 37 minutes after the order. The issue here is not only the product that is probably forgotten, but a false statement by the restaurant that the order is on the way, despite being requested 3 times, and the deception of the customer and the platform. In addition, this branch, which avoids tax by not giving a cash register receipt not only in this order but also in any order, stains the name and reliability of TAB Gıda, which is listed on the stock exchange. I hope that this complaint will reach an authorised and effective person and that the operation of the branch will be seriously inspected
