Bosch Charged Separate Service Fees for My Washing Machine and Dryer at Same Address


Last year, we bought all of our home appliances from Bosch. After making numerous service requests, our dryer is still not functioning properly. We make sure to clean it every day and always empty the water after each use. It's interesting because the service technician, who charged us around ₺600 plus equipment costs to install a drain hose, assured us that we wouldn't have to do this manually. Unfortunately, our washing machine is also experiencing some problems. We have been unable to contact the service team, and unfortunately, the issues have not been resolved. We selected what we believed to be the top brand at that moment, but we now have remorse over our choice. I must say, this is quite disheartening.
