Bosch Dryer Fails to Dry and Drain! WQG24100TR Needs Replacement

Since September 12, 2025, I have been experiencing an issue with my Bosch WQG24100TR model dryer, where it does not dry or drain water in any cycle. I contacted Bosch customer service for my product, which is still under warranty, and the authorized service team came. They said the problem would be solved with maintenance, so I paid ₺3,329 for the service, but the issue continued. I called the service again, and this time the water drain pump was replaced, yet the problem still was not resolved. Despite two interventions, the same issue persists, so I am requesting a replacement of the product. I purchased the machine from a Bosch dealer, and I kindly ask that my problem be permanently resolved as soon as possible.
