When we mentioned that the dryer wasn't drying, they insisted that the machine was fine and suggested that we use specific drying programs to solve the problem. We took their advice and tried all three suggested programs, but the machine still did not dry the clothes. To make matters worse, they charged us 260 TL as a service fee despite the fact that the faulty product was not defective. When we asked to return, they demanded another 260 TL. This begs the question of why they didn't conduct thorough diagnostics in the first place. Our friends cannot wait indefinitely, and what good is their service if the problem cannot be identified in five minutes?
