Our Bosch washing machine has been nothing but trouble since the day we bought it. It constantly tears our clothes and leaks water from the bottom during every use. Despite contacting Bosch Turkey's service center multiple times, we received no helpful support or resolution.
The service team seems entirely focused on collecting money from customers instead of addressing product issues or providing real solutions. This experience has seriously tarnished our trust in Bosch and damaged the brand's reputation in our eyes.
I hope this complaint reaches the right people at Bosch. I demand immediate action to resolve these recurring problems with our washing machine and expect better service from a brand of this stature.
