Has anyone successfully canceled a flight ticket on Booking.com? I have tried everything, but the process is completely unclear. When I contacted support, they told me to cancel through Extranet or Pulse, but why? I booked my ticket directly through the Booking.com app—why should I need another platform?

Still, I downloaded both Extranet and Pulse, yet my reservations do not appear on either app. This is beyond frustrating! I need to cancel my ticket, but Booking.com is making it impossible to do so.

Booking.com, you need to fix your cancellation system and provide clear instructions. I demand immediate assistance to resolve this issue!
