I Paid for a Flight on Booking.com But Never Received My Ticket or Confirmation
I purchased a flight ticket from Booking.com on March 26, 2025, for a flight scheduled for March 28, 2025. Although my payment was successfully processed and the amount has already been deducted from my account, I still haven't received my flight ticket or any confirmation details. All I see on the site is a message that says:
“Confirmation pending. We’re waiting for the airline to confirm your booking. This usually only takes a few hours. You don’t need to do anything. We’ll update this page and send you an email once it’s confirmed.”
It’s been days, and this message hasn’t changed. I can’t reach any customer service agent to help me with this, and no refund is being offered either. This lack of support and transparency is unacceptable. I paid for a service I never received, and now I’m stuck without a flight and without my money.
Booking.com must resolve this immediately by either issuing the flight ticket or processing a full refund. I will not hesitate to escalate this issue to consumer protection authorities if my complaint is ignored.
