Booking.com Still Hasn’t Refunded Me After I Canceled My Hotel Reservation

I deeply regret using Booking.com for my travel plans. I canceled my hotel reservation on April 9, and despite the cancellation being confirmed, my money still hasn’t been refunded.
This platform has caused nothing but financial frustration. I followed all the steps correctly, yet they continue to withhold my refund with no explanation or update. I’m beyond disappointed and would never recommend using this app again.
I am ready to provide all my account and reservation details, and I demand that Booking.com immediately process my refund without any further delay. It’s unacceptable to leave customers out of pocket after a valid cancellation. This needs to be resolved now!
