Umingle Automatically Banned Me After a Typing Mistake

I am writing regarding an immediate ban that was placed on my Umingle account today, approximately one hour ago, while I was using the texting-only feature on my MacBook Air. I did not create a logged-in account or show my face; I was only using the text chat option. When I was asked to enter my age, I intended to type 18, but due to a simple typo, I accidentally entered 7. As a result of this mistake, my access was instantly banned. I am, in fact, 18 years old, and the ban was not the result of any intentional misrepresentation, but an honest typing error made in a hurry. I believe it is unfair that I lost access over this single accidental typo without any chance to correct it. I kindly request that you review this situation and lift the ban on my access so that I can continue using Umingle, or at least allow me to re-enter my correct age.
