I booked a flight with AJet Airlines through Booking.com for May 22, 2025. However, the flight time was changed, and since I have another flight scheduled, I needed to switch to a morning flight.
I contacted Booking.com customer service, but they refused to process the change, claiming it was not possible. However, five other passengers on the same flight were able to change their tickets without any issues. Why am I being denied the same service?
To make things worse, when I try to reach customer support, I get a blank white screen, making it impossible to resolve my issue. I expect Booking.com to take action immediately and allow me to change my flight as others have.
