I Did Not Send Explicit Content but Umingle Still Banned Me

I have been using Umingle on the website and, despite not violating any rules, I was suddenly banned with the reason stated as “explicit messages.” I did not send any explicit or inappropriate content, so I believe this ban decision is wrongful and based on an error in the system or moderation. The ban was applied approximately 4–5 days ago, and since the platform is anonymous, the ban appears to be tied to my IP address rather than to a user account. My Ban ID is 3a512aac. There is no accessible support or customer service channel on Umingle where I can object to this decision, so I am forced to raise my complaint here. I request that my ban be urgently reviewed and removed, as I have not engaged in any behaviour that would justify such a sanction. I would also like information on what exactly triggered this ban, so that this kind of unjust penalty does not happen again.
