Booking.com Refund Delayed After Cancellation – Unable to Reach Support
I canceled my hotel reservation on Booking.com on September 27, with free cancellation. The cancellation was accepted, and I was told that the refund would be processed within 7-12 days. However, that time has passed, and I still haven’t received my refund. I contacted the hotel directly, and they told me to reach out to Booking.com, but despite all my efforts, it’s impossible to contact Booking. Their phone number doesn’t work, and there’s no email address provided. The cancellation and refund are visible on the Booking.com website, but the payment hasn’t been processed. I’ve contacted my bank several times, and they’ve confirmed that no refund has been received. I don’t know how to resolve this issue or get my money back. This is the first time I’ve experienced something like this. I urgently need assistance.
