I purchased a Transavia flight through Booking.com and explicitly added the "flexible option," for which I paid an extra fee. Despite this, they refused to change my flight date and outrageously claimed they never received the payment for flexibility! I've spoken to numerous agents through the Help Center, and every single one gave me a different, unhelpful answer. One couldn't even find my ticket. Another told me to contact Transavia. A third insisted the ticket was unpaid, even though I have their own confirmed documents proving payment!
To make matters worse, I did contact Transavia, and they claimed they couldn't see any "flexible" option on my ticket. When I shared the confirmed flexible ticket document that Booking.com sent me, Transavia then told me to contact Booking.com again, stating it was Booking.com's mistake! This endless blame game is unacceptable.
Because you refused to change my flight date despite my paid flexible option, I demand a full refund of the extra payment I made for flexibility! I've attached all the necessary documents below as proof.
