I am absolutely furious with Booking.com! I made a reservation and paid through their site. The very same day, I checked the official website of the hotel we were staying at and discovered the price was actually lower!
I immediately requested a price match, and it was accepted. Great, I thought. But then they told me I'd have to send the invoice after my stay to get the refund. So, after my trip, I sent the invoice and submitted approximately 10-15 refund requests. And guess what? Not a single one has been responded to!
This is completely unacceptable. Booking.com is deliberately withholding my rightful refund after agreeing to a price match. They made me jump through hoops, and now they're just ignoring me. Booking.com, you need to process my refund immediately! Stop playing games and return the money you owe me.
