Booking.com Ignoring My Flight Date Change Request for Over a Month

I booked a flight through Booking.com and have been trying to change my travel dates for over a month. I’ve repeatedly contacted live support and submitted multiple requests, but all I get is the same response: "You'll receive an update via email." Yet, no one ever follows up! This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. My flight date is getting closer, and I’m about to be stuck with a ticket I can’t use. How can a company this big be so unresponsive? I need an urgent resolution before I lose my money! Booking.com, stop ignoring your customers and provide real support. I demand immediate assistance with my request!
