Chery Tiggo 8 Pro Rust Blistering on Mirrors and Tailgate

I would like to state that I do not accept the decision to reject my previous application to you on the grounds of "customer error / external factor". The bulging on the left side mirror cover of my vehicle and the deformation of the two black side pieces located on the upper part of the rear trunk lid did not occur as a result of any impact, accident, misuse, or external interference. The vehicle is used under normal conditions and is maintained regularly. The mentioned issues appear to be a manufacturing or quality problem related to paint/coating and material. In the response sent to me, no technical report, inspection details, or concrete findings were provided to explain why the damage was considered user error or an external factor. Simply stating that it is excluded from warranty with a generic statement is not sufficient or explanatory from a consumer standpoint. Therefore, I request: - A written explanation of the technical criteria used for the inspection, - Concrete evidence supporting the claim that the damage is due to user error, - The written report of the technical department that performed the inspection, - If necessary, a new and detailed examination of the vehicle. Otherwise, since I believe the problem should be evaluated as a manufacturing defect, I inform you that I will exercise my legal consumer rights and bring the matter before the Consumer Arbitration Board. In line with a brand approach that prioritizes customer satisfaction, I kindly ask that the issue be re-evaluated and resolved under warranty.
