Three hours after transferring USDT from Binance TR to Bitmart Exchange, the transaction funds have not yet been credited to my wallet. The transaction has not yet been completed despite my waiting. This has caused me a substantial financial loss, and I am dissatisfied with Bitmart's inability to respond to my requests for assistance in resolving the issue. Their customer service department has not responded to any of my numerous emails or provided any assistance, despite my repeated attempts to contact them. This level of irresponsibility cannot be tolerated in any circumstance. I strongly advise Bitmart to take immediate action and find a solution to the issue as quickly as possible. If the issue cannot be resolved, I will be compelled to consider legal action against Bitmart.
