BitMart Ignored My $3,500 HIVE Loss After Deposit

I am writing to report a very serious issue related to my BitMart account concerning deposits of HIVE that were made to a BitMart IOST wallet address, which I believe is part of a scam. I am a user from Cyprus, and on 17.12 and 18.12, I sent HIVE worth approximately 3,500 USD from my MEXC account to an IOST wallet address on BitMart, as I was instructed to do. After the transfers were completed, it became clear that the HIVE sent to this BitMart IOST wallet address was being withdrawn from that address and moved to another wallet. Despite this, I was later told that I had sent the “wrong coin,” even though the blockchain transactions clearly show that the HIVE deposits were successfully received at the given address before being withdrawn elsewhere. I contacted BitMart support about this situation, but they did not take my issue seriously, and I did not receive any meaningful help. My support request is recorded under ticket number #1345166. Considering the clear transaction history showing that the HIVE was received at the BitMart wallet and then withdrawn, I believe this is a serious security and integrity problem on your side. I request a full refund of the approximately 3,500 USD worth of HIVE that I sent on 17.12 and 18.12, and I ask for a thorough investigation into the wallet and the withdrawals made from it. I expect this matter to be handled urgently and transparently.
