BitMart Exchange "You Are Not Allowed To Trade [33001] " Error

For days now, the BitMart exchange has been down, and I can't even purchase or sell coins there.

This is the error message I get whenever I attempt to put a sell order: "You are not allowed to trade [33001]." I have not received a response from BitMart's customer service despite my attempts to contact them.

I'm worried that BitMart is preventing me from trading coins due to my Turkish citizenship. It has come to light that BitMart has faced allegations of bias towards Turkish clients.

I'm writing to ask BitMart to look into this matter and grant me access to trade coins on their platform. Also, I'd like it if they could explain the "You are not allowed to trade [33001]." statement that came up in more detail.
