Unable to Access $48,000 Due to Frozen Mascot AI Coin on Bitmart, No Support Provided

I purchased Mascot AI coin from Bitmart, but the coin has been frozen, and I can’t make any transactions. I’m unable to withdraw my funds, and when I contact customer service, they provide no real assistance. They just tell me to move the funds to a cold wallet, but offer no other help or solutions. I have $48,000 stuck, and I need support to resolve this issue. It’s incredibly frustrating that Bitmart isn’t providing adequate customer service, and I expect them to fix this problem immediately so I can access my money.
