I Can’t Withdraw My Pi Network Coins from BitMart—Funds Missing for Over a Week

About a month ago, I purchased Pi Network tokens on BitMart, but since then, I’ve been completely unable to withdraw or transfer them to my MEXC account. Every time I try, the system gives me a “maintenance in progress” warning, blocking the transfer altogether.
Now it’s been over a week, and not only can I still not make a transfer, but my Pi Network tokens have completely disappeared from my BitMart wallet. I don’t see my investment, and I’ve received zero support or explanation from the platform. I’ve tried multiple times to contact customer service, but there's no way to reach anyone. No replies, no resolution, nothing.
This is extremely frustrating. BitMart has essentially locked up my funds with no accountability, and I have no access to my coins or the money I paid. I just want to move my investment to another exchange, but they’re making it impossible.
BitMart, where is my money? Return my tokens or refund my ₺ immediately. This is unacceptable behavior from a platform that claims to be trustworthy.
