My XRPC Coins Stuck on Bitmart After Delisting, No Withdrawal Possible

For the past three months, I have not been able to withdraw the 58,000 XRPC coins stored in my Bitmart account. After XRPC was delisted from the platform, I attempted to transfer my coins, but the withdrawal never starts, and I do not receive any error messages.

During this time, I tried reaching out to customer service, but I have not received any response. My account is fully active and has no restrictions. This issue only affects my XRPC coins.

I request that my grievance be resolved. What I expect from Bitmart is either to be able to transfer my coins to another wallet or to receive a refund for their value. I urgently ask for a solution and clear information on this matter.
