I want to report that Bitmart has unlawfully seized my funds and frozen my account without providing any evidence. To summarize, on October 10 at 4:00 PM, I sent $815 worth of ETH from Uniswap to Bitmart. At 4:03 PM, I placed a purchase order for MemeAI tokens at $0.00215. The token’s value suddenly dropped by over 50% to $0.0009, automatically executing my order. When the price shot up by almost 1100%, I sold my tokens at $0.024, and my sale order completed at $0.026, resulting in a $9,064 gain.
Bitmart then froze transactions for all users involved in similar trades, adding me and others to a “banned” list without any proof or justification, denying us access to our funds. This price fluctuation occurred across multiple exchanges listing MemeAI tokens. I’ve requested an investigation, even offering to submit this case to local law enforcement to clear any doubts.
Despite my efforts, Bitmart hasn’t responded. I ask Bitmart to issue a statement or take corrective action, and I welcome verification of my case by contacting the exchange. Thank you in advance for any assistance.
