BitMart Account Frozen For More Than Four Months

I have been using Bitmart from India, and my account has now been completely frozen for almost four months. Initially, my spot trading was affected, and now my entire account is blocked, so I cannot place any orders or make any withdrawals. There are around 800 USDT stuck in this frozen account. Bitmart informed me that my account was frozen at the request of the BIDZ project. After this, I contacted Bitmart support, and they told me to get in touch with the BIDZ team. I then contacted the BIDZ project team, and they clarified that they have already negotiated with Bitmart about this issue, but despite that, my account is still frozen, and nothing has been resolved. I want Bitmart to urgently remove the restriction on my account so that I can access my funds and continue trading normally on the platform. I request a clear explanation of why my account was frozen for such a long period, based on the BIDZ project’s request, and that my account be fully restored without any further delay.
