Bitmart Suspended My Blackrock Token Without Explanation, Seeking Clarification

My Blackrock token was suddenly suspended on Bitmart, and I have no idea why. The platform provided no clear explanation for the suspension. I don’t know if the token’s owner initiated the suspension or if it was Bitmart’s decision.
I reached out to Bitmart’s live support, but their response was vague and did not clarify the reason behind the suspension. This lack of transparency is extremely frustrating, as I have no way to access my funds or understand the situation.
I am requesting Bitmart to provide a detailed explanation for why my token was suspended and what steps I need to take to resolve this issue. As a customer, I expect better communication and support. Please address this matter promptly.
