If BitMart shows your crypto transfer as completed on-chain but the balance is unavailable;

• Contact BitMart support via email or in-app support and explain that the transaction is confirmed on-chain but not credited
• Provide your user ID, email, coin/token, network, TXID (hash), date/time, and screenshots from the blockchain explorer

Ask them to;

• Verify the on-chain confirmation and internal wallet status
• Explain why the balance is unavailable despite completion
• Credit the funds to your account or move them from pending/frozen to available

If the problem persists;

• Keep TXID links, confirmations, and all communication
• Check if the correct network/memo/tag was used and share proof
• File a complaint on Xolvie to seek a fair resolution and fund release
