If BiTaksi overcharged you far above the app estimate and you want a refund;
Contact BiTaksi support, the driver, and your bank/card issuer with a clear escalation;
• State that the fare charged was significantly higher than the app’s estimate (include the estimated and actual amounts)
• Provide your trip details: date/time, pickup & drop-off addresses, booking/order ID, driver’s name/plate (if available)
• Attach screenshots showing the app’s estimated fare and your bank/card statement showing the actual charged amount
• Note any POS/card payments made outside the app (some drivers charge separately via POS devices) — this is a common issue reported by riders when drivers charge extra beyond the app amount.
Ask them to;
• Confirm what the correct fare should have been according to the route and pricing rules
• Explain why the higher amount was charged (driver error, wrong POS amount, extra fees added incorrectly)
• Refund the difference between the actual charge and the app’s estimate
• Cancel or reverse any unauthorized POS charge if that happened
• Provide written confirmation of the refund and case resolution
If support does not reply or continues to delay;
• You might want to consider posting a complaint on Xolvie in order to bring attention to the issue and try to find a solution.
