I had a really frustrating experience with BiTaksi that I can’t ignore. When I got into the cab, I was shocked to see that the meter already read ₺70—before I even stepped foot inside! The driver had started the meter before picking me up, which is completely unfair and against basic standards. The meter should only start once the passenger is in the car, not while the driver is still en route.
To make things worse, the driver started smoking during the ride, without even asking if I was okay with it. Whether you smoke or not is your choice, but at least ask your passenger out of basic decency. The smell was overwhelming and made the ride extremely uncomfortable.
BiTaksi, this kind of behavior from your drivers is unacceptable. I want the unfair charge refunded immediately, and I expect your team to take proper action against drivers who show such disregard for the rules and passenger comfort. This needs to be addressed, and fast.
