BiTaksi Driver Manipulated Card Payment and Overcharged Me

On 8 June at around 12:13 p.m., I ordered a regulated normal yellow taxi via the BiTaksi app for a trip from Address Istanbul Hotel in Ünalan to The Elysium Hotel Taksim. This taxi was a Yellow BiTaksi vehicle with plate number 34 T** 13. During the journey, the physical taximeter in the vehicle showed a fare of ₺850 and I know that the fixed legal toll for the Eurasia Tunnel on this route is ₺280 so the maximum lawful total should have been ₺1,130. However, when it was time to pay, the driver did not use the actual meter amount but instead manually entered an inflated amount into his card terminal and attempted to charge me ₺2,050. This means I was overcharged by ₺920. When I questioned this discrepancy, the driver became intensely aggressive and physically intimidating. Due to this threatening behaviour, I felt unsafe and, under duress, tapped my Revolut debit card to pay just so I could safely exit the vehicle. Immediately after the incident, I submitted a complaint through the BiTaksi system, but I have not received any response even after 48 hours. The driver clearly manipulated the card terminal amount to obtain an unlawful overcharge. I request that BiTaksi urgently arranges a refund of the overcharged portion of the fare and initiates the necessary disciplinary and investigative action against this driver so that similar incidents do not happen to other passengers.
