Yalla Ludo Keeps Saying Check Your Internet Connection

I have been experiencing a problem with the Yalla Luddo app at night. After around 8 pm, I am unable to enter rooms. When I try to join a room, the screen only shows “Loading…” and then a message appears saying “please check your internet connection”, and the room never opens. My internet connection works normally and the rest of the game functions without any issue at the same time; only room entry fails. To try to solve the problem, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. However, after reinstalling, all of my chats were deleted and I lost my previous chat history. I request that this room entry problem at night be fixed so that I can join rooms normally, and that my deleted chats be recovered if possible. I expect a clear explanation and a permanent solution to this issue.
