BiTaksi Double-Charged Me for the Same Ride
On January 21, 2026, at around 5:30 p.m. in Istanbul, I took a BiTaksi ride from Yenisahra to Üsküdar in a Fiat Egea with license plate 34 TPG 14, driven by H** İ****** Ş.** During the trip, $8 was charged through the app, and I also paid an additional $12 directly to the driver in the taxi.
The driver later refunded $7 to me. However, the total amount I paid still exceeds the fare shown in the app. Because of this, I am requesting that the situation be reviewed and that the remaining overcharged amount of $5 be refunded to me.
I contacted BiTaksi customer service, but since the refund was incomplete, I believe my issue is still unresolved. I kindly request that the entire overcharged amount be fully refunded.
