BiTaksi Overcharges Passenger 3,050 TRY for Istanbul Airport Transfer

On 1 August I used a Bitaksi taxi, which I fully booked through the Bitaksi app, for a ride from Istanbul Airport to Han Hotel. Before the ride, I checked the approximate fare on the app and expected to pay around 1,800–2,000 TRY, but I was charged 3,050 TRY for this trip. I contacted Bitaksi customer service through the app regarding this clear overcharge. They informed me that the ride was charged as a 53 km trip. However, the actual distance from Istanbul Airport to Han Hotel is approximately 38 km, and we followed the normal, direct route without any detours. Despite this, my ticket was closed without any satisfactory explanation or solution. I request that the difference between the expected fare (around 1,800–2,000 TRY) and the amount I was charged, 3,050 TRY, be refunded to me and that a clear and detailed explanation be provided about how both the distance and the fare were calculated.
