I am a Malaysian tourist and I want to report a cheating incident involving a BiTaksi driver. I ordered a taxi through the BiTaksi app to Sabiha Gökçen Airport, and the driver picked me up at Apple Tree Hotel in Sultan Ahmet, Istanbul but refused to start the ride on the BiTaksi app. He did not use the meter and charged me ₺2700, which is far higher than normal, even though the BiTaksi estimation at around 2:10 p.m. showed ₺1600 to ₺2100. He ignored the BiTaksi app, and after a while the trip was automatically cancelled (I have a screenshot). He also lied by saying the drive would take 1 hour 40 minutes, but my Google Maps showed an estimated time of 59 minutes, which is exactly how long the trip took. He was rude and refused to follow the BiTaksi pricing, and he even smoked in the car. This is dishonest behavior and against BiTaksi rules. Please investigate and take action. I request a refund or credit back, and I can provide the screenshot. His yellow taxi plate number is 34TAZ88. Thank you.
