BiTaksi Overcharged Me on Sabiha Gökçen to Bahçelievler Ride

I recently took a ride via BiTaksi this evening from Sabiha Gökçen Airport to Bahçelievler Soğanlı. Before the ride, the app showed an estimated fare of approximately 2,388 TL for cash payment and 1,905 TL for card payment. However, upon arrival, I was charged 3,450 TL.

I paid through the app using my registered card, and no additional fee or reason for the extra charge was provided. Upon noticing the discrepancy, I immediately contacted BiTaksi customer service. They informed me that the fare displayed in the app was only an estimate and therefore no action could be taken.

I want to emphasize that the significant difference between the pre-ride estimated fare and the amount charged at the end of the ride made me feel misled and unfairly treated.

I request that BiTaksi:

Review the ride records and payment details for this trip,
Refund the excess amount charged,
Provide a clear explanation of why such a fare discrepancy occurred.
