I am absolutely furious with my Beko refrigerator! I've owned it for 10 months, and ever since we bought it, it has been cooling poorly. Initially, we didn't pay much attention, thinking it was normal, but recently, everything we put inside has started to spoil and mold!
We contacted the authorized service; they came, claimed the digital display was faulty, repaired it, and left. But the problem persists exactly as before! When the service returned, they offered a "solution" that would inconvenience us further, stating they would take the refrigerator to service for a week. This is completely unacceptable. My refrigerator is still under warranty, and it's clearly defective if it can't keep food fresh.
Beko, I demand a replacement for my defective refrigerator immediately! Your product is failing at its most basic function, and your service is providing temporary, ineffective fixes. Stop making excuses and replace my faulty refrigerator now!
