Riot Games Rejected My Vanguard Ban Appeal Without Clear Explanation

My Valorant account named “Bstking#055” received a permanent ban from the Vanguard system on the night of 05/01/2026 for allegedly using third-party software. However, I did not use any cheats, macros, scripts, overlays, or similar programs in the game. I only used the official software applications belonging to my keyboard, mouse, and headset. Other than the official software required for my hardware devices, I did not run any unauthorized applications, yet I was unfairly banned for alleged third-party software use.

Moreover, today another account belonging to me was also banned by Vanguard for the same reason. This situation makes me believe that the system is incorrectly detecting official hardware applications as third-party cheating software.

Regarding this issue, I created an appeal request through Riot Support and submitted all the requested logs, files, and records through your own systems. Despite this, I only received a generic template response stating that my appeal had been rejected, and no concrete or clear explanation was provided regarding why the permanent bans were issued.

I request that my accounts be reviewed again in a detailed and thorough manner, that all software detected on my system be individually checked, and that the permanent bans I believe were unfairly applied be removed. I also want a transparent and understandable explanation describing exactly which findings or evidence led to the detection of alleged third-party software during this process.
