Lack of Support With Beko Brand's Customer Service
I'm writing to share my disappointment with the Beko refrigerator I bought, which has been incredibly frustrating. I reached out to the authorized service for assistance after discovering that the cooler part of my refrigerator was no longer functioning. They arrived, installed a test device, and assured me that there were no problems with the fridge before closing the case. Unfortunately, the issue continues to persist. For more than a week, the refrigerator has been maintaining a temperature of 1 degree Celsius, even when the door is closed. Unfortunately, this has caused all the items inside to spoil. How is this possible if their "working test devices" claim everything is fine? I'm very upset with the poor service and the complete disregard for addressing or resolving the problem. This is not just a minor inconvenience, but a significant issue causing financial losses due to spoiled food. I had higher expectations for Beko and its authorized service. I would greatly appreciate it if this issue could be resolved as soon as possible, as I find it quite difficult to cope with a malfunctioning refrigerator.
