Request for Refund Due to Defective Beko Washing Machine
On April 21, 2025, a Beko CMXD 9100 9kg 1000 rpm washing machine was installed. However, we did not use the machine for the first month after installation. When we started using it actively a month later, regardless of which program we used, the machine drained the water but never performed the spin cycle. As a result, the laundry always came out soaking wet, and we had to hang it up for hours just to dry slightly. Service teams visited on the following dates: June 12, 2025 (Request No: 492109415) June 19, 2025 (Request No: 492682161) June 27, 2025 (Request No: 493303136) Each time, they claimed that the issue was due to the amount of laundry being either too much or too little. They refused to accept the machine as defective and did not initiate a return process. Despite these repeated issues, I was told that I could neither return nor exchange the product because the 30-day return period had passed. Furthermore, I had paid ₺13,490 to extend the warranty coverage for three white goods, and I was informed that this amount would also not be refunded even if the product were returned. I firmly believe that this washing machine is a defective/faulty product and therefore request an urgent refund or replacement with a newer/higher model. Despite being a newly purchased machine, it consistently fails to perform the spin cycle, which has caused considerable inconvenience and dissatisfaction.
