Riot Support Has Not Responded to My Wrongful Valorant Ban Appeal
Yesterday at approximately 3:55 PM, my Valorant account named “kız kaçıran#piu” received a 168-hour, approximately one-week voice and text chat ban from Riot Games without any valid reason. Because of this punishment, I am unable to properly launch and enjoy the game, and I have been unfairly penalized despite being a player who has spent a significant amount of money on the account.
I had previously received a two-day suspension on the same account, and at that time, after reviewing the support records, Riot Support acknowledged that the issue was caused by your side and removed the penalty. Right now, I have once again opened a support ticket through your system, but I still have not received any response, and it feels like my case is being completely ignored.
Even though I did not use insults, offensive language, or violate any game rules, being punished in this way is both unfair and extremely discouraging as a player. I request that the 168-hour voice and text chat ban placed on my account be urgently reviewed and completely removed, and that my account’s reputation and standing be restored.
