Valorant Code Purchased Through Pinly Was Never Delivered

I purchased a Valorant code worth approximately $45 through Pinly. I completed the payment via EFT on 05/09/2026 at around 10:00 PM, but neither the code I purchased was delivered to me nor was I given any order number related to the transaction.
When I contacted live support and reported the delay, I was repeatedly told that EFT payments are manually checked and that this process causes delays. They gave me the exact same response multiple times and assured me that the product would appear in my account during the day. However, despite the time that has passed, I have still neither received the code nor been issued a refund. Even though the website clearly advertises “instant delivery,” this promise was absolutely not fulfilled, and throughout the live support process I felt like I was simply being stalled instead of helped.
I request a clear explanation regarding both the approximately $45 payment I made and the status of the Valorant code I purchased. I either want the code to be delivered to me immediately or for the full payment amount to be refunded back to my account without delay.
